Jon Bajek – Founder of TacMed1 Training Group
Jon brings nearly 20 years of experience in emergency services to TacMed1. As a dedicated Firefighter/EMT and Hazardous Materials Technician, Jon has spent his career responding to high-pressure situations and ensuring the safety of his community. His deep commitment to service extends beyond his work on the front lines, as he also teaches and mentors future firefighters at the local community college, helping the next generation prepare for the challenges of emergency response.
Jon is highly qualified in a range of critical areas, holding certifications in CPR Instruction, Tactical Emergency Medical Care (TECC), Situational Awareness, Active Shooter Response, and Stop the Bleed. Additionally, he is certified in IED and Bomb Identification through the Office of Bombing Prevention, as well as certifications from FEMA, FBI, and Homeland Security.
A lifelong learner, Jon is constantly expanding his knowledge to stay at the forefront of emergency medical care and tactical response. He is passionate about sharing his expertise and helping others be better prepared for any situation. At TacMed 1, Jon is committed to providing top-tier training that empowers individuals with the skills they need to respond effectively in emergencies.
